Greg Kristof is a managing partner at Hoop Mountain, Inc. Kristof is the director of Hoop Mountain New York, California, Virginia, North Carolina as well as Hoop Mountain Personal Instruction. In addition, Kristof is the co-editor of the National High School and Prep School Scouting Report.
Kristof has helped establish Hoop Mountain Franchises in Illinois, Kansas, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, New Jersey, and New York. Greg was a four year varsity letter winner at Brandeis University and a team captain for two years. Kristof was a member of the University Athletic Association All-Academic team for three years. Kristof was a 1,000 point scorer at Medfield High School and league all-star for three years.
In 1997, Robert Icart created the Basketball Training Institute (BTI) for the serious ballplayer wanting to improve his or her basketball skills. Since 1997, BTI has successfully trained over 3,000 athletes and has helped place over 150 into 4 year colleges. Past participants have also gone on to play professionally in the NBA and in over 21 countries world wide. The BTI culture consists of student athletes who excel in the classroom, demonstrate high character and have a true passion for the game of basketball.
